Thursdays with Ms. Amezquita (All Grades; Min 15/Max 22)

We will Join Mrs. A, certified yoga instructor, as we practice yoga and mindfulness with colors.  We will explore how you think and how you feel when thinking about certain colors.  We use creative expression, games, music, art, and storytelling during yoga.  Bilingual songs, stories, and centers will be shared and Spanish is used to reinforce daily vocabulary (colors and objects of different colors).  A healthy snack will be provided.  Namaste.
