ESP (Extended School Program)

The Extended School Program was organized in 1983 and is a nonprofit, parent board-run corporation.

During the school year, we offer: 
Before- and after-school care at Glendale from 6:45am-7:45am and 3pm-5:45pm. Daily activities include outside play, homework time, organized games, science and art projects, music, and free choice. Daily snacks are provided.

New families can apply for the 2024-25 school year through the lottery system. The application period will be open from April 1-April 5. 

The Current fee schedule for a month is as follows:

Morning Session                        $120.00                       
         

Afternoon Session                      $225.00

Both Sessions                            $275.00

10% discount for children from the same family

           or

20% discount for MNPS employees

Drop In fees per session           $20.00

Snow Days and Holidays          $50.00

Late pick up fee                         $1.00 per minute

Late Payment Fee                    $10.00 after the 5th of the month

                                                 $20.00 after the15th of the month      

In order to keep fees low, Oct, Dec. & March fees are not pro-rated. MNPS charges a facility use fee of $12 per child, per month that is included in the regular monthly fee.
